Rituximab

Hi all it's been a while since my last post, having been to see my Rhumy doctor today it seems that my Enbrel injections are going to stop and Rituximab ( hope I have spelt that correctly) will be the new medication, anybody have any advise or experience with this drug?
Embrel just doesn't seem to make any difference, I have also been on Humira and had the same results!
